Hi, The company I work has a pdf with city/state/zip code as one field. I want to break this down to separate input fields. To do this I need a way to let the user know they are three fields instead of one. I wanted to put placeholder inside each field so the user can see the three separate areas on that line. How can I do that?

Hi,

Unfortunately E2Pdf currently doesn't support yet "placeholder" functionality on fields. We will check the possibility to add its support. If it will be any news we will update thread to notify you.

I miss understood how formidable worked with E2PDF but thank you for your time. But one question while I have you a ticket open. When I go to add the formidable field ID number into E2PDF field, is their any quick way to type in the ID then field > right click to properties then values?
Thank you
Kim

Hi,

You can also "Double Click" on field to edit field value in place. Some points how to use E2Pdf with Formidable Forms you can find also on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vDo0HiTaT8
