Add IP address and Form Number to the Form

How to add
Ip address from where the form was submited and
entry id
to the form template

Hi,

You must be able to use default Formidable Forms shortcodes as values to output data:

[id] - will output Entry ID
[ip] - will output Ip Address

Values can be changed or by dbl click on field or via "Right Mouse Click" -> "Properties" -> "Value".
