You must be able to deactivate missed E2Pdf Template at https://e2pdf.com/dashboard/sites as we can see that website was added to your dashboard by clicking on number of E2Pdf Templates -> "Deactivate" or directly from plugin at "E2Pdf" -> "License" by clicking "Deactivate All for current URL".
