Hello, I need support
I'm trying to connect a certificate but I can't edit the fields and they don't sync. I would appreciate any help. If there is a representative who can correspond with me, I would really appreciate it.

Hello,

Could you please clarify what you mean by "can't edit the fields"? Are you trying to upload a PDF and it didn’t recognize the fields? If so, please make sure that you are uploading a non-flattened PDF.

The PDF was likely flattened. Unfortunately, E2Pdf cannot edit fields in compressed PDFs. To resolve this, the original PDF should be edited to remove the required elements and then uploaded back to E2Pdf.

If you'd like, you can attach the original PDF to your next message, and we can fix it so it can be used with E2Pdf.
