Hi E2Pdf, I bought and set this up yesterday and all was working perfectly. This morning I cannot get a pdf to show or download. Even when I try to preview the template it tries to load in a new tab and then gives up and takes be back to the page I was on.

One thing I did do was to delete the 'Demo: Mapping Formidable Fields to PDF Fields' form in formidable as I didn't think it was needed. I have reinstated it now but the problem still persists.

You can fill it in and submit as only I will be notified. Then you will see a 'save to pdf' option. For me pressing this means something tries to load and then fails.

I hope you can help as I have just completed this and sent it to my client.

Also further to last I have tried turning off all plugins except formidable and E2Pdf and changing the theme to a wordpress one, I have also tried creating a new template from the same and from a different form and the problem is still the same.

Hi,

We do not see any issues with generating PDFs with your test form. If issue still persist for you try please changing the API Server to api2.e2pdf.com via "Settings" -> "API Server" and let us know. (screenshot attached).

Thank you. It must be a clash with Firefox as it works in Google Chrome browser but not in firefox or firefox developer edition. Any idea why this might be? It was working yesterday.

Actually it does work in Firefox developer edition so just Firefox is causing the problem.

Oh no, my bad. It was saving it to my downloads folder but not bringing it up in the new window. Apologies.

I am trying to export a PDF entry in Firefox and it won't load. It does work on Chrome.

Hi,

It can be issue due settings or PDF plugins / 3rd party pdf viewers installed. Check please how Firefox handle PDF files: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/applications-panel-set-how-firefox-handles-files.
