Hello
I use WPForms to collect young students' data printed on PDF forms. All fields render perfectly except for the field of type date; it almost shows the same value on all PDF forms, which is 01-01-1970, but the stored date holds the right birthday date correctly. I use this shortcode

`[e2pdf-format-date format="d - m - Y"]{field_id="132"}[/e2pdf-format-date]`

to render date formatting on PDF,

where:
field_id=132 has
Type: Date
Required: True
Advanced Date Options: Date Dropdown

Please help me to correct this

Hello,

Could you please provide an example of the output in the PDF when the field slug is used without the [e2pdf-format-date] shortcode wrapper, simply as {field_id="132"}?

It appears to have an incorrect format. Usually, the value should include a "." or "/" between the date components. Could you please clarify which format is configured in the Date field settings in the WPForms directly?
