E2PDF attachments appear to have stopped working with Contact Form 7

Hi. Not sure if this is related to updating to 1.23.14 today or something unrelated but I'm now having issues with E2PDF attachments. I have tested on several templates and it appears to be impacting all templates. My Contact Form 7 forms are taking a long time to submit then the E2DF attachment is no longer is attached to the confirmation email. I also get a Wordpress error on each page of the E2PDF plugin "ERROR] Something went wrong". Any idea what could be causing this? Let me know if I can provide any other information to help diagnose the issue. Thanks for your help.

Apologies. I meant to say "Formidable Forms" not "Contact Form 7".

Thanks for the quick reply. I can confirm it all appears resolved. I did notice this site (e2pdf.com) was down temporarily and wondered if it was connected. Much appreciated.
