Hi,

To speed up my workflow I always duplicate a template so that it has all the fields & objects all set in their exact saze and order. What I really wish I could do is go into pdf options and edit the width and dimentions of the duplicated template, because at the moment I have to screenshot it and upload the screenshot as the uploaded pdf so that I can basically trace the fields over the screenshot so it all lines up. This just takes a while when doing it 50 times over.

Another option would be the ability to copy and paste a group of fields from one template to another.

Hope I'm not a pain. Love all your help so far!

Hi,

Currently, it's possible to resize each page separately (Screenshot attached), however, we will review the possibility to add a global resize option.

As for copy fields over templates - we will add this point for review.

P.S. Latest RC version also supports mass field resizing, which can speed up template editing, you can follow the steps to update in the current topic: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/how-to-update-plugin-to-rc-release-candidate-version-from-e2pdf-com

Hi,

I see, the problem was I was using 'Uploaded Pdf' instead of 'Empty Pdf', which was stopping me from being able to resize the page.
I figured a workaround, I can just create an empty pdf and upload the background pdf as an image. Now it lets me resize and add adittional pages, cool :)

Also I just got the new update, very nice new features. One thing is that the mass field resizing didn't work the way I thought it would, the fields stay in place and their width or depth change, its like the right and bottom edge can resize, but not the left or top edge. It is very helpful to extend a group of fields length ways, but if you wanted the make the group larger or smaller as a whole (like how it works in adobe indesign for example) it wont work.

Thanks for all your help!

We will review the "Scale" option as in Adobe InDesign as it seems can be useful.
