Hi,

It looks like something with OpenSSL library, can be outdated or not enabled.

Try please to switch API server to "api2.e2pdf.com". It can be done at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings". (screenshot 1)

If it will not help, check if OpenSSL library is enabled. To do so:
Enable "Debug Mode" via "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" (screenshot 2), after this check on "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" -> "PHP Info" if you have OpenSSL installed and enabled (screenshot 3).
