Formidable forms PDF download link

Hi guys I am trying to achieve what is on the image. I want to link the PDF to be downloadable online for the user. Please assist.
Please note I am using formidable forms. Please help

To accomplish this task you must use Formidable View with needed filters. The shortcode inside Formidable View for downloading PDF will look like: [e2pdf-download id="1" dataset="[id]"], where 1 is the ID of E2Pdf Template.
