When I check Formidable on Extensions tab and Save Changes the Formidable Forms tab appears. When I click on Formidable Forms tab it disappears.
On the Edit Template there is no Formidable Forms extension option for the Item. Even though Wordpress extension is not selected in Settings it shows up in the Edit Template Item.

Hi,

By default all extensions are on. "Checked" extension means disabled extension as this option designed for disabling any E2Pdf extension within any conflict.

So to enable all extensions you need to uncheck all extensions on "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "Extensions" tab.
