Hi,

If the page is built with Elementor PRO it must be possible to use just "Text Editor" with a simple shortcode as

[e2pdf-download id="1"] or [e2pdf-view id="1"]

* where "1" is the ID of E2Pdf Template.

If it's Elementor Template, then you must use Elementor "Shortcode" widget which support is available in RC version: https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/how-to-update-plugin-to-rc-release-candidate-version-from-e2pdf-com with same shortcodes above.

Keep in mind please that the E2Pdf Template must be connected to the same Post Type where you are trying to place shortcodes.
