Hi Support,

Please help with the image upload not showing in the PDF.

Hi,

Can you please create "textarea" and map it with [128 size="full"] value so we can see full path of image which must be rendered. After this attach please PDF or screenshot of that field.

Hi,

Issue happens due the "Protect Files" option on the form. To resolve it you need to modify shortcode to:

[128 size="full" decrypt="1" permission="1"] - will always show image inside PDF and will ignore permissions.

or

[128 size="full" decrypt="1"] - will show image only if user is in group which is allowed to view protected files.
