Hello
When testing this on IOS devices, I get the template, however none of the fields are populated. Any Ideas? Android works fine and download is perfect.
details: I have made links to download using the shortcode. [e2pdf-download id="18" dataset="[id]" button-title="Download Emergency Response Plan "]
IOS doesn't do a download but shows the pdf in browser, blank. Android browsers actually download and save the file, perfect.

Any advice on this would be helpful.

Hi,

Which iOS and browser versions do you have? If you will save .pdf and open it, will it be populated?

Do you have checkbox checked inside Template: "Settings" > "Pdf" > "Generate appearance"?

It seems the issue regarding iOS and iOS browser.

Setting document to "flatten" must solve issue. We will investigate the issue and will check if there any other possible solutions to solve it.
