Hello, is it possible to get all Gravity Form entries in one single PDF document? When I do a bulk export now, I get a separate PDF document for each entry.

Unfortunately, no, E2Pdf does not currently have this functionality. It is on our to-do list, but there is no ETA yet on when it will be available.
