Link on Woocommerce Product File Download URL

Hi!!

I have Gravity Forms Product add-ons plugin to ask for some text when customer buy a product, and want to show that text on a PDF after pourchase is made.

I have created a E2pdf template ID=1 with extension=Gravity Form and item=Form name.
Then use shortcode [e2pdf-download id="1"] on Product File Download URL, but when "order complete" email received, the link shows "No file defined" error.

Please help me.

Hi,

You have incorrect connection.

Currently "File URL" supports only E2Pdf Templates connected to "WooCommerce" -> "Products" or "WooCommerce" -> "Variations" so you need to change your E2Pdf Template connection to "WooCommerce" -> "Products" or "WooCommerce" -> "Variations" depending on which product types it will be used. It can be done on existing template via "Options". (Screenshot attached).

Shortcodes from Gravity Forms still must work however it will be available also order item meta data from from "WooCommerce" purchased product which is added by Gravity Forms by default on submission.
