Unfortunately we were not able to test it with your URL as website is showing "Maintenance".

If you will use [e2pdf-download id="1"] shortcode, will it generate download link?

Issue can be connected with some custom htaccess rules, however it will be good if you will open website for us to test. Thank you.

Sorry about the maintenance block.
I added the shortcode you suggested and it worked.
I returned it to previous setting ([e2pdf-view id="1"]) and it is working now.
