No attachments

Hello team, I am not getting attachments anymore and when I insert the download link its takes me to a page that says
[6] Could not resolve host, ap1.e2pdf.com; name or service not known. Resending the emails do not help.
I have not changed anything on my website. You Help is greatly needed, as I have several submissions waiting that need to have the PDF

Hi,

By some reason your server can't resolve our hostname. It can be connected with hosting provider and your dns server. Do you have dedicated server or shared hosting?

You can try to switch to API Server to api2.e2pdf.com at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" however it seems issue is directly with DNS resolve so it's almost no changes that it will resolve.

If you are using dedicated server try to login via SSH and do the command:

nslookup api.e2pdf.com

It must show which DNS servers you are using. If it's local or hosting provider DNS server then mostly the issue due yours/hosting provider DNS. You can try restart your DNS server or add Google DNS to /etc/resolve.conf:

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

If you are using shared hosting unfortunately it seems need to contact them and request them to check why api.e2pdf.com can't be reached.
