I just spent an hour purchasing the plugin, getting the PDF exactly how I want it and saved my template multiple times as I made edits with confirmation every time that the save was successful. I then copied the the download short code into my Forminator form and did a test, which was successful, but I the template was not activated according to the watermark.

So I went to the Templates screen to edit my template, and the list is blank. Although I am very upset, I created another one, and did the auto fill again and clicked update, but I'm looking at the Templates screen in another browser tab and there is still nothing there.

I assume this is a permissions issue on my server, but I am not finding a fix in your help section. I am going to stop here since I am wasting my time making these templates when they aren't actually saving. Please advise on what needs to be done for them to save properly.

Hello,

It's not a common issue. Can you please enable the Debug mode at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" and check if you do not have any red marks under "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" -> "DB" section?

P.S. If it's acceptable for you, you can submit us a support ticket with access details to your website so we can do tests on your side directly: [private] *

* Providing FTP details is not mandatory but may speed up the issue identification process.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello. I submitted a ticket with additional details and WP login.

For anyone that reads this topic looking for additional information on the issue. With Debug on, I am not seeing any errors.

After additional testing, I realized new templates get a sequential ID number, and thus confirmed in phpMyAdmin that records are being saved in the templates table. I was able to access the template I was working on by changing the template edit URL to the ID number of that template (i.e. https://my site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=e2pdf-templates&action=edit&id=2), and have it activated and working.

I just can't get to it easily through the templates screen, so will post the final fix here once they figure out what's wrong with my configuration.
