Output multiple versions of PDF from one form

I've created a form from which a user can create a breeding certificate for animals, however I'm looking for a way to create separate certificates for all animals in a litter without filling out the entire form every time. That would mean a user fills out all the standard information (contact info, species info, birth-date, and so on) and then chooses how many individual animals in the litter, all of which gets assigned a unice Litter-ID. Then the user gets that number of copies of the same PDF-template, with only the Litter-ID-field changed in each one.

Is this possible in some way? I'm open to using a different form-extension if it needs it.

Hello,

Can you please clarify which form plugin do you use?

Sorry, I thought I put it in. I currently use Contact form 7.

Hello,

Unfortunately, Contact Forms 7 is a bit limited in functionality. We are thinking of possible solutions, however, do you have an active form where we can see the example? We need to understand how you assign the Litter-IDs. Is it filled automatically upon form filling? Or do you edit the entry after the user fills it up?

Thank you. The task is clearer, but, unfortunately here is the question about the form functionality first, which must be resolved.

You need firstly to release a form with functionality as described and only after this, we will be able to assist you with a PDF solution. Some forms have a repeater functionality but not Contact Form 7 by default which can be exactly what you are looking for. Formidable Forms (will be the easiest implementation), Forminator. however, it is a pro version feature...

If you can build Contact Form 7 with the required functionality and some 3rd party plugins, we will be glad to assist you with explaining how to integrate it with E2Pdf, or, if required, to extend functionality to be compatible with the solution you will be using for.
