I have created a template with multiple pages. Is it possible to show the number of the actual page and the absolute number of the certain document?

Example: Page 2/36

The absolute number of pages can vary due to the differing length of the certain wordpress-pages.

Unfortunately, if you are using "Splitting Content Over Pages" via "HTML" blocks - it's not possible at this moment. We will check the possibility to add this feature.
