PDF blank pages in 'Edit Template'

Hi. I am having an issue with one of my E2PDF templates. When I upload the PDF to 'Edit Template', the first few pages show fine but the rest are blank (with just my fields showing and not the PDF image). When I 'preview' the PDF, it appears fine but it's tricky to edit without being able to see the PDF. Any ideas what could cause this or any remedy? Thanks.

Could you please try re-uploading the PDF? Keep all options at their default settings. If that doesn’t help, could you attach the PDF to your next message (you can mark the message as 'private') or send it directly to [private]
