Hi

I'm currently creating a solution where you fill out PDF form data from Fluent Forms. This data should be sent to Zapier, as I'm sending the filled PDF to DocuSign for signature.

To do this, I have data like email, etc., in my Fluent form. However, my current issue is that I can either get the Download URL from the Zapier shortcode for E2PDF or only the Entry details from Fluent Forms.

Is it possible to get the URL together with the fluent form Data, like maybe a field inside the form that is getting caught by Zapier webhooks.

Hello,

Right now, we have that integration for Gravity Forms and Formidable Forms, but unfortunately, not for Fluent Forms just yet.

Our team is currently checking if there is a technical possibility to do the same for Fluent Forms. We’ll let you know as soon as we have any updates.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello,

Just an update on the feature request — our team has confirmed that it will be possible to add the integration. The change is scheduled to be included in the next update to the RC version, which is expected by the end of the week.

We’ll let you know once it’s released so you can run tests on your side and confirm that everything works as expected.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello,

We've just released an update to the latest RC version: 1.29.00, which includes the new feature. Please follow the steps described here to update: https://e2pdf.com/docs/install#rc-version

After updating, you'll be able to create a hidden field and set its default value as:

[e2pdf-download id="883" output="url_raw"]

* replace 883 with your actual Template ID. This field will store the URL of the generated PDF, which can be used in Zapier requests triggered by Fluent Forms.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
