Hi,

Can you please clarify what do you mean under templates page? Is it custom PHP Template or some theme functionality?

Can you please attach some screenshots:
1. Where shortcode placed
2. To which item E2Pdf Template connected. ("Options") (screenshot attached).

We remain at your service.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Unfortunately If you want to redirect user to page which will contain PDF download link, it will not work as default Gravity Forms doesn't pass any data to identify which entry was submitted.

We had other user who used 3rd party plugin to solve such task: https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-post-content-merge-tags/.

If you will decide to use it, it will be need to turn on "Enable Merge Tags in Page Content" on page redirect (Screenshot attached) and use shortcode inside post content as follows:

[e2pdf-download id="39" dataset="{entry_id}"]
