Hi there,
We have a lot of different forms on the site, but recently added 2 forms. The new form templates when downloaded, the file name doesn't follow the Template Title like the others do, instead random numbers are showing. Any reason why this could happen? And if there's a specific setting that I have to make in order to make the file name show correctly?

Hello,

Yes, by default, newly created E2Pdf Templates have a predefined PDF name as the Entry ID set. See please the screenshot attached.

You can just remove it so it can use the Template name instead or set the name directly there.
