Hi,
If you refer to the https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-unique-id/ - the Field must be available under your form.
If you added it to the form, you must be able to print it inside PDF via Field slug printed manually:
{Unique ID:10}
* where "10" is the Field ID.
