Hi,

The Template doesn't save an update or it creates a new E2Pdf Template instead of an update?

Can you please attach the E2Pdf Template backup please to the next message? You can mark the message as "private" so only we can see the message.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

If you have access, can you check also please your error logs for any errors that can be connected with E2Pdf?

Hi,

It looks like the issue is due to the mod_security limits SecResponseBodyLimit and SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit. Can you please try to increase it, for example with the following:

SecResponseBodyLimit 546870912
SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 10485760

https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/how-to-increase-mod_security-limit.659009/

https://help.yourwebhoster.eu/en/support/solutions/articles/80000951486-mod-security-request-body-no-files-data-length-is-larger-than-the-configured-limit

https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012079000-Error-ModSecurity-Request-body-no-files-data-length-is-larger-than-the-configured-limit

If it does not help, you can check also:

Apache setting:
LimitRequestBody

and PHP settings like:
post_max_size
max_input_vars
