Hello,

My form has been working great until recently, when I now noticed that when users submit by form,, the PDF is returning blank, however the attached images are embedded.

Hello,

Thank you. Do you have issues with all templates? The only issue we found is that your E2Pdf Template "Client Update Form" has the white font color set and due to this text fields are not visible.
