I have 3 templates using 1 Forminator Pro form, which send a series of emails when submitted, which come to me as well as the person who submitted the form. The emails include the shortcodes to attach the PDFs as well as a download, as a backup in case it isn't attached. All emails sent since around Oct 6th or 7th no longer have attachments, nor the download link, and instead of including a link to the signature, they include the actual signature. I'm guessing the change happened when I did a plugin update, but I did not notice it until now. So, that should help diagnose when it happened.

The email format is:

Dear {name-1-first-name},

[e2pdf-attachment id="2"]

Your letter on behalf of David Moerschel is attached, for your records. David is collecting them, and will be mailing them to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., so you don't need to do any further action. I want to thank you for stepping up. It is the least we can do for these patriots.

If the PDF is not attached, you can [e2pdf-download id="2"] it here.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we haven’t received any other reports from users experiencing the same issue, and we currently do not see any problems with the setup.

Could you please check whether you can export data to PDF under "E2Pdf"→ "Create PDF"?

P.S. Alternatively, if it’s acceptable to you, you can submit a support ticket with access details to the WP Admin Dashboard here, so we can log in and check the setup directly on your side: https://e2pdf.com/support/request

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
