I, and/or my client(s), authorize E2Pdf, its owners, officers, employees, subcontractors, and/or its agents (E2Pdf) to perform work on my and/or my client’s Wordpress web server(s) and site(s). Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless E2Pdf from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any work performed on my, and/or my client’s, web server(s)or installed site(s), software(s), apps, plugins, other code(s) or data.

I understand that E2Pdf is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done, and/or provided recommendations . I certify that I am the responsible party and/or expressed owner of the web server(s) and/or site(s) described in this document. In the event that I am found not to be the true responsible party and/or expressed owner of the web server(s) or site(s), I assume all liability for any claim made as the result of the technical support rendered by E2Pdf, including those claims which assert negligence on the part of E2Pdf.

I understand that technical support rendered by E2Pdf may void manufacturer warranties. E2Pdf does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided. I understand that E2Pdf offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of this support. I expressly waive all claims against E2Pdf or any damages to the web server(s) or installed sites, software(s), apps, plugins, other code(s) or data that are incidental to the technical support rendered and/or recommendations provided by E2Pdf.

Impact of Updates: Please be advised that it is your responsibility to understand the impact of updates to the software(s), apps, plugins, other code(s) or data. Such updates can lead to incompatibilities and the possible loss settings and data.

Loss of Data: E2Pdf assumes that you have already done an adequate backup to retain all of your important data. Due to the process of repair, data may get damaged or at worst, deleted. E2Pdf is not responsible for the loss of any data which may occur while performing work on your web server or installed site(s), software(s), apps, plugins, other code(s) or data. You are responsible for backing up your own systems, settings, and data.

Payment: Fees for services rendered are due on completion of service. Unpaid accounts are subject to collection and other legal remedies. We reserve the right to request a deposit, and we normally do.

Privacy: Our owners, officers, employees, subcontractors, or agents will not browse through your system(s) looking at your data; however, they may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. Anything found to be contraband, illegal or suspect of illegal activity will be immediately reported to law enforcement.

Right to Refuse: In its sole discretion, E2Pdf reserves the right to refuse work that it believes is beyond the scope of its ability or for other good cause.
