The shortcodes don't work

Until now, the plugin had worked perfectly; the PDFs were generated flawlessly. But now they're not. We have it set up to generate PDFs in Fluent Forms, but we've tried using Elementor, and it doesn't work there either. It simply doesn't display anything.

If we select "Generate PDF" in the template, it generates them correctly, but we need the shortcodes.

Could you please check whether any global actions were added that could prevent shortcodes from firing? Please refer to the attached screenshot.

If no such actions were added, could you please:

- Provide screenshots of the E2Pdf → Templates page, as well as a screenshot showing where and how the E2Pdf shortcodes are used.

- Let us know which version of E2Pdf you are using.
