Uploaded PDF won't display

The area where the pdf file is displayed is stuck in loading animation, I've tried many times to resolve this from making new ones and clearing caches and still the same result. I am using a free version of E2Pdf, has anyone experience this?

Does it happen instantly after the PDF upload? If yes, can you please attach a PDF to the next message so we can try to load it on our side?

Yes, after uploading the PDF it will end up stuck at loading and nothing happens. Here is a sample pdf.

Thank you. The PDF file is fine. You should be getting the exception that only a single paged PDF is allowed and it must not load it. Can you please try to upload the PDF attached? If it still won't work, there are some issues with the plugin installation or some conflict.

To try to identify the issue:
1. Enable please debug mode at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings"
2. Go to the "E2Pdf" -> "Debug" page and check if you do not have any errors (red marks) in the tabs.
3. If no errors, check please your error.log file.
4. If no errors there, if you have Chrome developer console usage experience, check please the request-response on the file PDF upload or any JavaScript errors.
