about the temp folder

Hello,

I was wondering how does the temp folder works ( wp-content/uploads/e2pdf/tmp )
Mine starts to be quite heavy... is it necessary to keeps the files or can I clear this folder?

Hi,

By default "wp-content/uploads/e2pdf/tmp" must contain just index.php. Files and folders must be removed automatically after some required actions are completed. In most cases, it's used for temporary PDFs creation for Mail PDF attachments so the folder can be cleared, you need to keep just "index.php".

However, do you use any [e2pdf-attachment] shortcodes that can be called from PHP or use it with not natively support to send email attachments? If so, you need to add functionality to automatically remove files from this folder after a mail is sent.

Yes I use [e2pdf-attachment] shortcodes from php. I will add the auto remove functionality.
