So, it appears that the server calls are "Plugin will call everything automatically." and for to fill the data / generate the pdf.

I am assuming it means, nothing gets done using your plugin without a API Server call.

then, the questions are:

1. where is the server located.

2. is there a backup server that can handle failure of the server? if so, where is that located?

3. what data / information is retained by you / server?

Hi,

Plugin calls api when it's need to generate PDF. It sends fields with data to fill + E2Pdf Template, however we do not store/save any data that is sent to our API. We are trying to keep our servers up-time 99.99%. They are located in US.

"generate PDF"; to me, generate means to create from scratch, I am trying to figure out what it means in your context?

so, if I have a fillable PDF, with data fields, does this mean to fill the data in the pdf, this step is considered 'generate pdf' ?

Yes, correct for fillable PDF. "Generate PDF" in this context means when Pre-made PDF or Template from scratch filled with filled forms data.
