barcode not displaying

hi my barcode is not displaying when the pdf is generated and i have tried all the instructions online but nothing is working please can you help ?

Hello,
It must be removed "Action" and your barcode doesn't have the "Value" set, so there is nothing to display. You need to set the "Value" from which it will be generated the barcode... Screenshot 1.
P.S. Are you sure that you need to use the BarCode and not QRCode? If you need the QR Code with the URL to PDF, then it must be used QR Code object with the "Value" set to [e2pdf-url]. Screenshot 2.

You can set the value via "Right Mouse Click" -> "Properties" -> "Value". It can be used field slugs / text / mixed. We are not sure what you mean by "policy code". If you need a QR Code that if scanned will output the URL, you can just type a URL as Value.
P.S. Keep attention please that example is for QR Code. For Barcodes, it usually must be used letters, and numbers, depending on the BarCode type.
