Is there a way to specifically download or export a group of PDFs based on an entry in a specific field? We have a report that is used for multiple projects, but each report has the project name/identifier in field 233 to differentiate which report belongs with which project. How would I export all of the entries with a specific project name in field 233?

As an example:

I have many unique entries for projects named like this:
XYZ-001 - Johnson and Sutherland
XYZ-002 - Smith Avenue Analysis
XYZ-003 - Port Street Revitalization
XYZ-004 - Southern Rail Systems

I want to export all entries that have "XYZ-003 - Port Street Revitalization" in Formidable field 233 using my E2PDF template ID 4.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,

To accomplish the task, please follow these steps:

1. Update the "Dataset Title": Include the specific Field ID value (e.g., [233]) by which you need to filter entries.

2. Go to E2Pdf > Export > Bulk Export and use the filter to display only the entries that contain the desired value (e.g., XYZ-003)

Please refer to the attached screenshots for a visual guide.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

That worked great! It transformed my gibberish dataset IDs into my project names on the Bulk Export screen exactly like I needed and allowed me to filter and export only the reports I needed for that specific projected. Thank you so much!
