We had a client who kept running into errors submitting our Forminator form. Rather than trying to troubleshoot (we believe the error was on his side, we couldn't replicate the error ourselves) I discovered your plugin E2Pdf. My goal was to download our form, but with no fields filled out. (Side note: We have many fields that are required when filled out online) Then we could simply email the form to him.

Now that I have successfully created a template (I'm a paying customer), I was hoping I could download a pdf that was not filled out.

That was my whole reason for making the purchase, to be able to download an unfilled form. Is that possible with E2Pdf?

Hi,

- You must be able to download unfilled PDF while E2Pdf Template edit by clicking "View Saved" or "Preview" (screenshot 1, 2).

- If you need this form for customer - then you can just not to fill created fields inside E2Pdf Template. You can dbl click on "field" and remove value or go to field properties by "Right Mouse Click" -> "Properties" and remove any string in "Value".

P.S. We are not sure but maybe you have problem that PDF doesn't remain editable, if so, then you just need to set "Flatten" option to "No" under E2Pdf Template. In this case PDF will remain editable after download. (screenshot 3).
