Can't change my license key

I purchased a license for two websites. On the first one it works perfectly, but I can't change the license key on the second one. When I put it in the dialog box, nothing changes. There is an error message "[ERROR] E2Pdf License Key does not match this site. Please click here to restore License Key." but another one pop up when I click on the link : " [ERROR] Restore License Key failed. Please contact support at https://e2pdf.com/support/desk". Do you have a way to fix this ?

Hi,

It looks like plugin was activated previously and website was truncated without plugin removing. We currently dropped it's activation.

Go please to "E2Pdf" -> "License" and check if "FREE" License Key currently showing without any errors. If so, you must be able to apply paid License Key without issues.

If you still see error there, try to "Deactivate" and "Activate" plugin again and do the same process as above.
