Cannot get the website to verfiy

When I try and add a domain it says it cannot very the file. The file is there on the site and accessible. I'm at a standstill at the moment. How can we fix this?

You can connect site via "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "E2Pdf Connected Account" directly to control it. If it will be any issues, let us know please the domain name.

Ok...I did that but now it is saying I need to upgrade to a premium version which I have but I don't see a license for it

We see that you have Paid License Key (8CAB....) applied to f***co.******wdev.com.

If you still have access to this website:
Go to this website -> deactivate all templates -> deactivate Paid License Key via "E2Pdf" -> "License" -> "Unlink"

If you don't have access to this website:
You can deactivate templates and License Key from "Dashboard" -> "Sites" (screenshot with steps attached). "Deactivate All Templates" -> "Unlink License Key"

After any of this actions you must be able to apply License Key (8CAB....) to new website via "E2Pdf" -> "License".
