Hi there,
I have changed my domain and would like to link my license to the new domain without losing all my forms. How can I do that?
The old domain was only temporary.

Bets regards

Hi,

We see that currently paid license key connected to co******-aus****.de.

If it's old domain and you changed domain name exactly on same WordPress installation, you must see already "FREE" License Key on new domain name at "E2Pdf" -> "License". So now you will need just to unink License Key from old domain and apply it again at "E2Pdf" -> "License" page.

You must be able to drop License Key from old domain name at your Dashboard: https://e2pdf.com/dashboard/sites:

1. You need to deactivate all Templates. It can be done by clicking on number of Templates and choose: "Deactivate All Templates".
2. You need to "Unlink" License Key by clicking on "Unlink License Key".

After this operation you must be able to apply Paid License Key at "E2Pdf" -> "License" on your WordPress installation and "Activate" needed Templates.

If it will not be succesfull let us know please old site url/new one and which step failed. You can mark message "Private" so only we can see the message.

We remain at your service.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

It seems you missed the 1st step with "deactivating" templates firstly. In any case we currently unlinked your "License Key" from our side, so you must be able to apply this Paid License Key on new domain name.
