conflict with forminator and e2pdf

Hi,
I opened a ticket with WPMU Dev about the forminateor.e2pdf issue on the client site. I also contacted the theme developer (inkthemes). They put the blame back on wpmu dev as you can see in the link below:

Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

As we mentioned earlier we disabled "E2Pdf" and form still wasn't visible and do not rendered correctly. So there must not be any conflict with Forminator and E2Pdf.

You must follow the steps mentioned by WPMUDEV team. It's need to figure out why the form is not showing.

Just an advice how you can figure the issue:
- Duplicate current website
- Disable all plugins except "Forminator" and check if form is showing. If it's still not showing then problem in "Forminator", "Theme", conflict or custom hooks.
- If Forminator Form is showing after 2nd step, activate "E2Pdf" - check if "Form" is still showing correctly. If it's okay continue enable plugins one by one until "Form" become broken.
