Hi I recently bought a licence from you for a site that I was developing for a client.

The site has now gone live under Tekusebenta.co.za and I want to activate the licence. The development site was under diane.onlinepersona.co.za. How do I go about activating the plugin for this site. When I migrated the site it did not migrate the plugin for some reason. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.

Hi,

If you still have access to old website (diane.onlinepersona.co.za) you can drop its License Key by going to "E2Pdf" -> "License" -> Click "Change", leave field empty and click "Submit". License Key will be dropped to "FREE" and your Paid License Key must be available for usage under new website.

If you do not have access to old website (It was removed), you can drop License Key from your "Dashboard" -> "Sites".
