Hi,
I am using your product for a long time and this is the first time i have a big problem. i have created a post type and made a template to match the type and inserted the shortcode that matches the template and the post type. unfortunately the button does not appear att all. it appears on the elementor editor page but on the live page it does not. i have tried from the admin panel to export and it works.
the site is in hebrew so i am not sure how much you will understand but i have attached a few screen shots. please help me ASAP.

hi i have found the problem, apparently the plugin HAPPY ADDONS does interfere with your plugin .just so you have that in mind.

P.S. If you can it will be very useful if you will be able to attach your version of HAPPY ADDONS plugin to next message so we didn't miss the version which is used. You can mark message "Private" so only we can see the message.

Hi,

We currently released version 1.16.16 which has compatibility fix for HAPPY ADDONS so PDF download link must work as expected. Let us know please if it will be any further issues with it. Thank you.
