Download shortcode not working

Hello I have a problem with my shortcode. I use [e2pdf-download id="1"] shortcode in my succes message in my Forminator form but for some reason it does not convert the shortcode into the download link and I do not know what to do. What could be the solution?

Hi,
The setup looks correctly and it must work as expected however:
1. Let us know please which version of Forminator Forms do you use? Is it latest version?
2. Check please "Success Message" -> "Text" tab, if it doesn't have malformed shortcode. We see on screenshot [e2pdf-view] and on the result [e2pdf-download] shortocode, but we suspect that it was just tests by you.
3. Check please if you didn't disable "Forminator" extension by mistake at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "Extensions". Page must look exactly as on attached screenshot.
4. Does your form have any addons/integrations/custom hooks setup or did you install any 3rd party plugins that can affect Forminator Form output?
