I purchased the PDF2Pro, and the Plugin would not work properly, and would not deactivate. Admin at PDF2Pro had to go into my site and remove it. Now I am here at E2Pdf, and it is telling me that I have a subscription, but I can only use the Free Version, when I put my key code in for the subscription, E2Pdf says it is invalid. I already paid for one Program's Subscription, and it wouldn't work. Do I have to pay for an upgrade to E2Pdf, to validate my key code??

Hi,

I see that "1 SITE | 10 TEMPLATES" License Key is connected to your account. You can find it at Dashboard -> Licenses. You must copy this License Key and put it at your WordPress website "E2Pdf -> License". Check also please if you do not have any spaces while copying the License Key.

Let us know please if activation was not successful after this steps.
