Hi,

Check please if your E2Pdf Template connected to correct form and "Activated". Screenshot attached.

If it seems okay:

1. Are you able to export entry directly from "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?
2. If yes, attach please screenshots how and which shortcodes were added to "Success Message".
