Error backup template.

When trying to backup template, xml file download started, but can not finish.

Error message:
Safari: can not parse response.
Chrome: Network Error.

Hi,

Do you have a lot of pages inside "E2Pdf" Template? Is error showing after some time or at start of load?

Try please to deactivate "Item", "Fonts" on "Backup" action, one after another and try to "Download" backup.

Let us know please about results. But it seems that it can be connected with some "resources" limit. So if it's possible, check also please "error.log" for any errors among backup. Thank you.
