The Internet Explorer 11 browser cannot display fonts properly. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,
Do you use [e2pdf-view] shortcode to output PDF? Can you try please to "flatten" PDF via "Settings" -> "PDF" -> "Flatten" -> "Yes" while Template Edit if it's not yet set. (screenshot attached).
Also attach please font which you are using with E2Pdf Template and pre-uploaded PDF (if used) so we can test it on our side (zip files before attachment). Thank you.
If it's possible, share please also the link with us where we can find your PDF generated directly on page. You can mark "message" private so only you and support can see the message.
