Hello.
When I want to download the PDF (via emails or export) I get an error message

We were able to find an issue. Error was due unsupported border color in your "HTML", so we released an update and currently Template must rendered without issues.
However it looks like you copied "HTML" directly and it contains some unsupported tags and styles like custom "Trebushet" font, which will not be rendered as font must be included inside PDF, webkit properties, etc. We recommend to cleanup "HTML" as it can render differently inside E2Pdf Template and inside PDF.
We are now reviewing the issue with downloading backup as unfortunately we were not able to login with provided details to FTP, however it looks like gzip compression can affect this so we are trying to replicate it on our side. Please, let us know if it will be any further issues.
