Hi Team,

When trying to backup template, xml file download started, but can not finish.

Error message:
Chrome: Network Error.

Hi,

Unfortunately we can't replicate issue on our side. Can you please clarify some information:

1. Is it failing on any template backup? Or just some?
2. Can you try to temporary disable "cloudflare" if using it?

If on any:
3. Can you try to download it with "Incognito" mode?
4. Can you try to use other browsers (Firefox) for example?
